Kokkuvõte: We interviewed the employees of the city/regional offices of Tallinn, Helsinki, Oulu, Barcelona, Scotland, Copenhagen, Hanse and Brussels. We also visited the offices of Turku and Stockholm. On the basis of all the interviews, brochures and homepages we tried to analyse different models of the representations, their aims and actions, systems of finance, trainees etc.
